Integrated Massage Therapy
Ready to take your wellness to the next level?
How Does It Work?
Each session is a tailored massage, carefully curated for each individual, bringing techniques such as Swedish (with gentle strokes promoting circulation and relaxation), Deep Tissue (targeting deep muscle tension and chronic discomfort), Myofascial Release Therapy (enhances mobility and alleviate pain, targeting tight fascia), Sports (for athletes and active individuals, optimizing performance, prevents injuries, expedites muscle recovery), and Orthopedic (improving joint function and alleviates pain). A complimentary service I provide in addition to the techniques above is Graston (Blades) and Cupping (active movement). All of these skills allow me to blend or selectively choose techniques to get the client on my table the most out of every session whether it’s monthly maintainance to recovering from an injury.
What Is
Prenatal and Postnatal Massage
Prenatal and Postnatal Massage is a type that’s similar to regular massage – it aims to relax tense muscles, ease sore spots, improve circulation and mobility, and just make you feel good. But prenatal massage is also customized to the needs of pregnant women and their changing bodies, and therapists trained in prenatal massage adjust their techniques accordingly.
